Shipping
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
Free shipping to Portugal (mainland and islands) and mainland Spain. We also ship to the Balearic and Canary Islands and the rest of Europe, with the cost calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. After that, delivery takes:
Mainland Portugal: 24 to 48 business hours
Azores and Madeira: 5 to 9 business days
Mainland Spain: 24 to 48 business hours
Balearic and Canary Islands: 3 to 5 business days
Rest of Europe: 6 to 10 business days
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are free, within 15 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in perfect condition and with its tag. See our full returns and exchanges terms for all the details.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Write to us at geral@lacerdastudio.com with your order number and we will take care of everything with you.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and check the item, your refund is processed within up to 10 business days, to the same payment method.

What are the pieces made of?
We work with Ecovero viscose satin and chiffon, made in Portugal with real attention to detail and designed to last a lifetime, not a season.
How do I care for my pieces?
We recommend hand washing or a delicate cycle, in cold water, without wringing. Always follow the care label on each piece.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, Multibanco, MB WAY, Klarna, Bizum, Pagaqui, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. With Klarna you can split your purchase into 3 interest-free payments.
