RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. Product Returns and Exchanges Policy
Returns and exchanges of orders placed at the LACERDA online store are accepted within a period of 15 consecutive days (this period begins from the moment the carrier delivers the order to the customer, or to a third party other than the carrier designated by the customer).
The items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent, with their respective tags, packaging and, where applicable, original documents and accessories.
If the product does not meet all these requirements, or is altered, washed, used, has odours or is damaged by misuse, the exchange or return will be refused.
Should the customer wish to make a return, they may choose:

• A voucher (valid for 2 years) to use in our online store; or
• To receive a refund of the amount, after we receive the returned product(s), which is processed within a maximum of 15 consecutive days, through the same payment method.

The shipping costs for items sent for exchange or return are borne by LACERDA.
LACERDA is not responsible for the misuse of its items, nor for their incorrect washing. We recommend reading and following the care instructions indicated on the label of each product.

2. Exchange Procedure

• To make an exchange, you have 15 consecutive days from receiving the order.
• Go to your "CUSTOMER AREA" and state that you wish to exchange the item.
• Send the item you wish to exchange to the sender's address, together with the Name and Order Number written inside.

In the case of an exchange:

• You may do so for the same model (with the option to change the colour), changing only the size, provided the product is of the same value.
• Should you wish to exchange for a different model or a different value, it will be necessary to return the item and make a new purchase on the Site.

Returned items must be accompanied by their original accessories, as mentioned above.
For exchanges destined for non-EU countries, LACERDA is not responsible for delays or costs associated with customs, which are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Return Procedure

• To make a return, you have 15 consecutive days from receiving the order to send the complete set to the sender's address.
• Use your Customer Area to start the return process and then send the order to the address indicated, including Name and Order Number inside.

The refund is made within 10 business days from receipt of the order at our premises, through the same payment method used for the purchase.
Returned items must be accompanied by their original accessories.
The costs associated with sending the order to our premises are borne by LACERDA.

4. Commercial Prizes and Giveaways
The commercial prizes and giveaways offered through our social media are exempt from commercial value and from any type of warranty.
No exchanges or returns of these are accepted.
